Feel balanced, centered and in alignment with who you truly are while releasing energies and emotions for healing through movement in a safe space held in divine source energy. This intuitive movement experience is designed for you to connect to your body, listen to what it needs, and release stress, tension, and energy blockages through authentic body movements. (Please note this is not a dance technique class, zero experience required, all are welcome.) Facilitated by Ildiko Ludman, LoveLight PURE Quantum healing practitioner, energy artist, meditation guide and founder of PURE Joy Resonance.
