Service Description
Unwind deeply for 60 minutes. This 60 min restorative yoga with hands on reiki. You will be guided through a series of fully supported, beginner-friendly poses held for several minutes at a time-inviting your body to release tension and your nervous system to reset. Throughout class, expect optional hands on Reiki energy healing to enhance relaxation, balance your energy and support holistic well being. No prior experience needed - just come and receive.
