Inspired by the research of Lynne McTaggart, The Power of 8 gatherings explore what happens when a small group focuses heartfelt intention together. In these intimate circles, we harness the scientifically proven power of group energy to support healing, manifestation, and transformation — for ourselves and others. Each session begins with gentle grounding — through breath, meditation, or sound — before we come together in intention-setting. Participants take turns receiving the group’s loving focus while the others hold space with presence and compassion. The experience often feels profoundly peaceful, connected, and uplifting. You don’t need any prior experience — just an open heart and a willingness to give and receive. Together, we’ll remember that we are never separate, and that healing magnifies when shared.
