Full Moon Ceremony: Release & Renew

Service Description

Under the glow of the full moon, we gather to release what no longer serves and create space for what’s next. This two-hour ceremony includes soulful discussion on the current moon’s energetic themes, guided journaling for reflection, breathwork for emotional release, and gentle restorative movement to ground the body. We’ll close with an extended savasana and immersive sound bath to integrate your intentions and renew your energy. All are welcome — no experience needed. Please bring: water and a journal and pen (all other props, including yoga mats, will be provided).
