Immerse yourself in a symphony of healing vibrations designed to restore harmony to body, mind, and spirit. Surrounded by the soothing resonance of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation where energy realigns and intuition awakens. This meditative sound journey is a full-body experience — a moment to pause, receive, and return to your natural state of balance and peace. We’ll be lying comfortably on yoga mats — all props will be provided. Please bring: water and a journal if you’d like.
