Earn your Level 1 & 2 Reiki Certification. Reiki is a Japanese energy‑healing practice that supports relaxation, stress reduction, and overall, well‑being by helping the body return to its natural state of balance. This training offers a structured, experiential path for students who want to learn how to work with Reiki energy for personal healing and to support others. Level 1: Introduces the foundations of Reiki. Students learn how to connect with Reiki energy, practice self‑treatment, and offer basic sessions to others. This level builds confidence, awareness, and a grounded understanding of how energy flows through the body. Level 2: Expands the practitioner’s skill set with tools that increase the power, focus, and versatility of Reiki. Students learn traditional symbols, distance healing techniques, and methods for working more intuitively and effectively with clients.
