Lauren Aloisio is native to Massachusetts and has been a registered nurse in downtown Boston since 2010.
In 2015, after being diagnosed with Stage III Melanoma, her world as she knew it, flipped upside down. She underwent multiple surgeries and medical treatment and was deemed “no evidence of disease”. Despite the good news, she still felt depressed, anxious and completely overwhelmed with her new normal.
THE POWER OF ENERGY HEALING
As a Reiki practitioner, she understood the power of energy and began exploring more holistic modalities. In 2018, she attended her first sound bath and finally understood what it felt like to meditate. The experience fascinated her nurse brain and excited her on a soul level.
Throughout her journey, Lauren has since trained to the highest level of a Reiki Master Teacher and studied under many influential teachers to share sound therapy with others.
SOUND HEALING
In 2019, she began incorporating sound into her energy practice after an incredible experience attending the Menla Sound Retreat with the Sage Academy of Sound Energy in NY in 2019 and 2021.

-2020 Journey into Wholeness: A Sound Healing Training with Alessandra Montana.
-2021 On Alessandra’s request, Lauren served as an assistant for the “Alchemy for the Soul” Gong and Sound Healing Protocol in Tulum, Mexico.

Lauren continues to grow in her wellness toolbox and in Fall 2022 completed a breathwork facilitator training with Michaël Bijker from Yoga Lap.
